4. Examination Services

4.1 Booking and Scheduling

Schools may book examinations through our website or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by OVEC.

4.2 Examination Conduct

Schools and candidates are expected to adhere to OVEC examination rules and guidelines. Any form of malpractice, including but not limited to cheating, impersonation, or distribution of examination materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

4.3 Results

Examination results are released to schools through official OVEC channels. OVEC reserves the right to withhold results in cases of suspected malpractice or outstanding payments.

5. Past Paper Purchases

5.1 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment can be made via mobile money, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.

5.2 Digital Delivery

Past papers purchased digitally will be delivered via download link or email. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate email and contact details are provided.

5.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of past papers, refunds are generally not available once the download link has been accessed. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our examination materials — including but not limited to questions, diagrams, images, text, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of OVEC and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or sell OVEC examination materials without written permission.
Upload or share examination papers on any platform or social media.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content.

7. Online Test Portal

Use of the online test portal is subject to the following conditions:

Tests must be taken individually by the registered candidate.
Results are indicative and do not constitute official OVEC examination grades.
We reserve the right to disable access for accounts that violate fair use policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OVEC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
